Careers
How We Work
- We are outdoor enthusiasts – we believe in the transformative power of nature. We explore the great outdoors as much as possible as individuals, as a team, and for our programs.
- We deeply value mentorship and believe in the impact we can have on youth who are struggling with hopelessness, apathy, technology dependence, and mental health issues.
- We have a casual work environment where we have fun doing what we love! Dress shoes aren’t ideal for hiking, bouldering, or canoeing, so you can trade them in for some hiking boots.
- We have a relational, community-oriented atmosphere where YOU matter. We have each other’s backs and know each other as more than colleagues.
- Teamwork makes the dream work! We are highly communicative problem solvers who get stuff done! We brainstorm, plan, and prepare as openly as possible TOGETHER.
- We are constantly growing! Every time we do something new it’s an opportunity to do it better. If we encourage learning in our students, we have to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
